Types of Personal Information We Use

The said information collected from you could be categorized as “Personal Information”, “Sensitive Personal Information” and “Associated Information”. Personal Information, Sensitive Personal Information and Associated Information (each as individually defined under this Information Technology (Reasonable security practices and procedures and sensitive personal data or information) Rules, 2011 (the “Data Protection Rules”)  shall collectively be referred to as ‘Information’ in this Policy.

The following is a summary of the types of personal information we use:

  • Information you provide to us (either directly or through a third party).

You give us information about you when you register for the course (name, age, gender, email address, password, mobile number and your ward’s interest) in order to create your profile.

  • Information about you generated as part of the Service

We automatically collect certain data from you so that we can provide you with the many functions and services that is related to the available course. This includes your the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, transaction records and chat data. This security feature collects information about the device, network and system on which you are taking the Services.

When you are availing the Services you also generate information personal to your requirements and interests. We collect and store this information, as well as log data that records how you use the Services.

We also collect and store your data if you choose to use certain additional features while availing the Services including:

  • If you enable the chat feature, we process your chats (e.g. content of chat and who you chat with) in order to allow you to communicate with other users.
  • If you reach out to our support team. In order to establish what is wrong, and how to correct it, we will need to collect your email and information about your device, network and system. We may also report back to you using the email you provided when contacting our support team.

Name, age, gender, email address, password, mobile number and your ward’s interest We use this information to set up your account in accordance with your instructions in order to avail the services available on the Website and/or the Application.
Information generated as part of the Game (and its in-Game services)
Type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use. We use this information to improve our Services.
Transaction Records: payments on Google Play or iOS App Store (Open ID, cost, product purchased, IP Address details of transactions linked to customer ID, and device details including OS version, phone model, device root status). We use this information to facilitate your payment and to maintain a record of your purchase history.
Chat data: Text and audio chat data If this feature is enabled, we process this information to deliver your messages to other users.
Customer Support: Name (optional), application version, any information that you provide in communications with our support team. We use this information to:

  • improve our services;
  • provide troubleshooting, such as addressing and remediating technical issues and bugs.

We may collect other personal information from you from time to time for specific reasons. When this happens, we will provide more information on any specific changes to the way we process that personal information that might differ to this privacy policy prior to collecting or processing any additional information. In some cases, that information may be shared with us with your consent – and if that is the case, we will provide you with further information on how we process that information and your rights.

How We Store and Share Your Personal Information

Pursuant to our contract with you to provide you with the Services, your personal information will be processed on servers that may not be located where you live. No matter where our servers are located, we take appropriate measures to safeguard your rights in accordance with this privacy policy. Our server is located in [●].

Security of Your Personal Information

We are committed to maintaining the privacy and integrity of your personal information no matter where it is stored. We have information security and access policies that limit access to our systems and technology, and we protect data through the use of technological protection measures such as encryption.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of the information transmitted to our services; therefore we do not assume any responsibility for any transmission of your information which you do at your own risk.

Data Retention

Chat data We do not store chat data.
Customer support information Support data is deleted within 30 days of a lawful request from you for the erasure of such data and within 60 days after termination of the Service.
Security-related information We generally retain this data for no longer than 90 days.
Name, age, gender, email address, and mobile number


Stored for the lifetime of your use of the Service (i.e. until account deletion in accordance with your request) and then deleted within 15 days.
All other data Stored until the termination of the Services and then deleted within 60 days.

If we are required to retain your information beyond the retention periods set out above, for example to comply with applicable laws, we will store it separately from other types of personal information.


We retain user data while an account is active and for at least 3 (Three) years afterward. We may alter this practice according to legal and business requirements. For example, we may lengthen the retention period for some data if needed to comply with law or voluntary codes of conduct. Unless otherwise prohibited, we may shorten the retention period for some types of data if needed to free up storage space.
