Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made two weeks prior to the camp dates: A full refund will be provided, with a 5% deduction for administrative fees.
Cancellations made one week before the camp dates: A refund will be issued, deducting 10% for administrative charges.
Cancellations made within a week of the camp dates: A refund will be issued, with a 20% deduction for administrative fees.
Cancellations made during the camp: No refunds will be provided.
Cancellations due to any government order: A full refund will be given, with only a 5% deduction for administrative charges.
